John speaks out. John gets fired.

As I said in a post yesterday, my brother-in-law made a political commercial in which he spoke out against Bush and out policies in Iraq. Even though he has been speaking out for six months or more, CBS decided to fire him from a role as their military consultant. There is a good article and an interview with John from MSNBC here . Shameful

Shame on the U.N. In this Associated Press article, we find a country can embrace terrorists, pay the price for the decision, and then get bailed out by the UN.

United Nations will ask donor countries to contribute a record $450 million in aid to the Palestinians, whose economy has been devastated by international economic sanctions on the Hamas-led government, U.N. officials said Wednesday.

What has happened to the UN? They claim they are helping the Palastinians but the obvious truth is they are supporting the people who voted for a terrorist government.
